Do I need expensive gear to take this course?
No. The techniques I teach work on any camera, a $400 starter mirrorless, a 5-year-old DSLR, or a flagship full-frame. Gear doesn't make the photographer. Fundamentals do. If anything, most students who upgrade their gear before learning the fundamentals just take more expensive bad photos. Start here first.
I've watched hundreds of YouTube tutorials. How is this different?
Most YouTube photo tutorials are either too basic ("here's how to use auto mode") or too advanced and too random. There's no order, no framework, no system.
